BionX is an energy management system that provides power-assist, proportional to the rider’s effort. It can be configered for riders that find it difficult to ride uphill or against the wind, those who want a good workout and others wholike to go on long rides. You can use your BionX bicycle like any other bicycle. Need a little more than leg power, activate on the control console. The system boosts your pedaling power by up to 200%. The battery can recharge while riding. The system can also automatically sets itself to a generative setting and recharges the battery when braking. The BionX system is equipped with a battery charge indicator so you will be able to manage energy requirements to go the distance with no worry of running out of energy for the return trip. The BionX system can be installed on most bicycles by replacing the rear wheel with the BionX motor-wheel. The BionX system can be retrofitted on all bicycle models: road, city, hybrid, mountain, tandem, folding, recumbent and recumbent trikes up to 24 speeds. Park your car, travel by bike. |
